Rob Collins
Strength Coach
Rob Collins graduated from Humber College receiving a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion while splitting time here at EAT as an intern. Dob meshed well and in July of 2018 joined the team full tin as a strength coach.
Rob spent most of his school life in team sports developing a passion for not just achieving peak performance, but also the struggle that accompanies it. Rob class on that experience to help drive his clients to achieve their goals.
Rob’s training philosophy is to use the keystone pillars of basic physical development while also approaching each individual with a unique program that both improves their weaknesses and allows them to display their proficiencies.
