With your baseline physical attributes and goals identified, we move onto individually designed structural balance exercises for performance improvements and injury prevention.

We include mobility exercises for increased performance, flexibility and recovery, specifically designed for your sport. We apply dynamic training to add explosive speed and power into the mix, with strength training for muscular gains.

The Athlete Activation System (AAS) is a systematically-periodized training methodology designed to provide Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers with the practical and theoretical knowledge that will enable them to achieve optimal results with the athletes they train. This is real-world strength and conditioning for athletes, which has been tested and proven at the highest level of competitive sports.

We are proud to have our coaches carry the AAS(c) designation and apply the program principles to our athletes and executives alike.
