Tyson Staples
Remote Training Manager
Tyson has been a personal trainer and strength coach for more than 20 years. He has worked with Olympic and other professional athletes and served as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks Football Team for three years. Tyson has worked with athletes, business professionals, retirees, youth & teens.
Along with a BSc in Kinesiology, he is CSEP-Certified in Exercise Physiology, is an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, an NCCP/OWA Certified Weightlifting Coach, a Level 3 National Coach in the Poliquin International Certification Program, and a BioSignature Practitioner.
Sports has always played a huge role in Tyson’s life, and he has played competitively in hockey, rugby, track & field, triathlon, crossfit and weightlifting. He completed the Ironman Canada in just over 12 hours, and holds weightlifting records in two weight classes in the Ontario Masters. His passion for sports fuels his drive for finding the untapped powers in his clients at EAT.
